Removes corrupt politicians and replaces them with constitutional patriots.

Stops activist judges with fines and removal, restricting nationwide injunctions.

Ends insider trading, shadow government actions, and law enforcement abuse with jail and nullification.

Save America by putting America First. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. This Proposed 28th Amendment gives the power back to the people. Citizens do not have to wait to primary the rogue incumbents. They can bring their grievance directly to the Government. The X platform is the only social media platform makes it possible for citizens to be heard. Mechanisms are set in place for Congress to act, failing which the Ethics Commission can intervene without being called in by Congress to investigate charges brought against Congress members and at State level enabling Recall Election triggered by a 10% voter petition as an alternative to removal by a two-thirds state legislature vote, which as we know never convenes.
